This program is used for modifying the structure of SmartItems database. More strictly, it serves for editing and modifying the structure of classes (items). The main window of the program is shown below.

The left panel of the program contains the list of item types of the database. You can add, delete or copy the existing item types by calling the context menu by clicking on the right mouse button.

The right upper panel contains field list of the selected item type of the item list. Each field can be characterized by its name, data type and presentation model. The field name is a line which further will identify this field. The data type and presentation model determine what is stored in this field and how it will be displayed. The available data types and presentations are described in more detail in quick item identification.

The left lower panel contains detailed information about the field selected in the field list. In this panel you can change the field name, data type and the type of presentation. Besides, you can set a number of parameters which define the way of displaying the field (usually these parameters are width, columns name etc.). In more detail the available data types and presentations are described in this section. The changes of field parameters will be performed only after clicking on the 'Apply' button.

The methods of the database creation, opening and saving are similar to those of the program SIEditor. Note that both programs (SIEditor and SICreator) have paired menu items, 'File\Go to SICreator' and 'File\Go to SIEditor' respectively. Using these menu commands, you can quickly switch from one program to the other, working at the same time with the same database in both systems.
