why refresh status is incorrect

Hi there, could some one help me?

I am testing PB11 with SVNSCC plug-in; so far so good, but why some objects
are showing 'not in source control' after they refreshed the status.

'not in source control' status means '+' in front of object;
correct status means green dot in front of object.

Please see the attachment.

I can confirm that all objects are added to SVN correctly.
