webinfo files not being checked in

I check this behavior, and it is the same with SourceSafe. WebInfo
files are not checked in by IDE. In fact we not control process which
files are checked in which not, this "decide" IDE.
But also I discover that .webinfo files are "recreated" when you
perform "open from source control operation". So may be this behavior
is correct. Any thoughts?

I notice that for web applications, the .webinfo file is not being checked
in to CVS via VS.NET. Is this soemthing you can fix? For now, I'm
manually checking them in via WinCVS.
