Another thing to note: This is under Windows 7 x64 and the VS is from
MSDN.
I've tried CVS and SVN with the same results. Both SCCs are the x64
builds.

Open menu "Tools->Options...". Select "Sourse Conrol".

After installing CVS SCC under Windows 7 (x64), Visual Studio does not
recognize it as an available source code control option. No errors are
reported, only Team Server is available.
