File remove and rename monitoring is some sort of workaround on fact that
VB6, VS6, VS.NET and may be other IDE never call RemoveFiles method which
is available in SCC API. This means that when you decide to remove file
from project it will be removed only from project but not from repository.
To solve somehow this issue plug-in has two monitoring threads which
monitor either file deletion either renaming. But unfortunately this can
not be done 100% error proof, just because some operations, which looks
like file modification,processed through file deletion and creation. There
are other possible reasons for false triggering of monitors.
My suggestion to you is to disable both rename monitoring and delete
monitoring.

Everytime I save a file in a checked out project from CVS, the file removal
monitor pops up and tells me the file has been removed from Project and
should it remove it from CVS? I'm not sure what removing the option to
monitor removal might result in as I don't want my projects to be
corrupted.

This is my second ever ticket with you but I must say that its not nice
that you did not respond to my earlier ticket. I hope you will respond to
this ticket and provide me with the correct direction.
