updating CVS SCC Proxy version

It is very strange.
This version must be in the windows control panel.
Please try reinstall and uninstall it using the windows control panel (or
the old installer of plug-in).
Otherwise you must delete much keys from register.

1.4.0.7

am attempting to install 1.4.x version of CVSSCC Proxy and receive error
message "Please remove old version of plug-in first!" am unable to remove
the plug-in using the old install and the add/remove functionality in the
windows control panel (doesn't see the plug-in as an installed program).
deleting the PushOk Software folder under the Program Files folder doesn't
allow the 1.4.x installation to happen, still receive the error message.
