This seems to be an issue with the 1.8.9 Release of SVNSCC only. I
uninstalled 1.8.9 and installed SVNSCC version 1.7.13 and the problem has
gone away.

I try to use your SVNSCC-PlugIn to connect to a VisualSVN Server 3.3.1.
The URL to my repository is https://myserver/svn/Test1/
This works in TortoiseSVN, so I assume the URL is correct.
However when I enter this URL as SVNURL in the PushOK SVNSCC-PlugIn it is
refused with the Message "Unrecognized URL scheme for 'https://...".

How can I connect to this repository using your SVNSCC-PlugIn?
