Unable to Get Latest Version

I checked out the tagged version of the project to make a build. The
particular file in question is version 1.5. It is now marked [CURRENT].
Now I want to revert back to the latest version of the project--for the
particular file it is version 1.7. Executing the 'Get Latest Version'
command does not get version 1.7 and the [CURRENT] tag remains on version
1.5. I also tried executing the 'Undo Checkout' command and then trying
'Get Latest Version' but it did not work. What is the correct procedure?
I am using the latest 1.3.x version of the CVS SCC plug-in. Thanks ~ Matt
