Plug-in doesn't require TortoiseSVN. We didn't use its functions. We
maintain certain comatibility for example with bug tracking attributes and
their handling or library versions and so on.

is it necessary for the SVNSCC Plugin to have TortoiseSVN installed? I
mean, does the PlugIn use Tortoise aside from the Merge-function or the
conflict resolving?
