New PowerBuilder libraries created and added to SVN repository A-Okay
through the PB IDE using PushOk 1.6.17

For example: http://alb-ops-svn/ads_facts/trunk/FACTS/en-sm22

Using pushOK, objects in that pbl get added to the repository root and not
to the library folder:

Not sure if the issue is with pushOK or how to fix otherwise.
