Subversion 1.7 & 1.8 Support

1. Does this plugin support SVN 1.8?

2. I have a couple of issues using this plugin with SVN 1.7:

2 A. When I start PowerBuilder and the pbw file references paths and have
a different case than the actual folders then PowerBuilder crashes. The
problem here is that whenever PowerBuilder closes it updates all references
in the pbw file to lower case.

2 B. When I do a "get latest" in PowerBuilder any items update by other
people usually get marked as checked out by me.

I can provide a detail guide to reproduce these issues if required.
