SSH authentication problem

We only support password less authentication for SSH. Reason is that
IDE perform much more requests to CVS, than WinCVS for example. And it
is just too hard, each time type login and password.
So, the only possible way is to setup password less connection:

Hello,

we are evaluating your cvs plugin for Visual Studio .NET (Windows XP)
but can't use it because the application freezes when opening a project
from cvs. May be there is a problem because the ssh connection between
the windows client machine and the linux cvs repository needs a password
authentification, but it is not possible to input the password (there is
never any password dialog opened). A window showing some computer link in
progress is opened, but the data exchange is NEVER finished.

What can we do?
