Sure, there is the perl script which do this. You can find link to it on
this page: http://www.pushok.com/help/cvsscc/index.php?redirect=links.htm.

On windows you may need to install ActivePerl to run it. Also, we used this
script several times, and it can work really much time. Please be ready for
this.
