Please try the latest version of plug-in (1.1.040416). We have some
workaround this, and hope porblem fixed now. Let me know results, please.

The solution binding is very interesting issue, and fully not clear for us
till now. Sometime this problem appears, usually when you use "Change
source control" instead of initial adding from IDE. Also project
usually have more complex structure (not tree organized).
Solution for this problem is also not fully clear, please see this

We are using Visual Studio .Net 2002 with the cvs scc proxy and we are
experiencing some problems when opening a solution.
For example, every time we open a solution the system ask to change the
bindings from the server even if it was done before and submitted to the
cvs server (see bindings.bmp)
Also we obtain this dialog several times for the same solution and project
files (see bindings2.bmp)

This is annoying since it forces us to do several time the same thing and
also check in check out files every time we open a solution / project...
