show history in PB shows the owner of the object & not the checked out user name.

History dialog shows name of user who last modified the file (make commit
or check in). If you need to know who checked out the file you need to
check file properties.

However, the xml attribute file in the cvs server shows the correct user
name who has it checked out.
however the scc properties shows the correct user checked out.
Also refresh status do nothing on the object.
I have the option "I sometimes work offline" in PB.
