( SVNSCC )

Thank you for the quick response and fix.

I've just tested it and it seems to have fixed all my problems.

First and main thing is that plug-in really works, and we use it on
number of PC in our company. Most problems are caused by version
incompatibility between svn clients installed on your PC. Specifically
with version of TortoiseSVN. It's dll's exist in all windows processes
(as soon as this is shell extension).
For example when we have used Tortoise SVN 1.0 and SVN client 1.1. we
got the crashes of SVN in unpredictable places. Unistalling of
TortoiseSVN solves problem.
Exactly because of this reason we compile and publish version of
Tortoise SVN _compatible with our plug-in. Using them you should not
have any unexpected problem (like crashes).
The server version of SVN does not make any sence, and we used a lot
SVN 1.1 with server 1.0. However now updated to SVN 1.1
) MSVCP71.DLL does not get installed...
Sorry, this is real dependency problem. The svn lidb42 seem to depend
on it. Actually most part of users are VS .NET users, and they does
not have that problem. Anyway we fix this, and published new release:
v1.1.3_050125
) The program tries to execute code in a non-executable ....
Check your environment for compatibility (same version of SVN clients)
) Using http protocol and providing a valid adress ...
All protocols work. Be sure that you perform "login" operation (press
the login button and type your password). Also make sure that correct
user name appears in user field. Please check help for this issue.
the program cannot find any models. If I do a check nothing happens (both
svnurl and module)
) 3.a-e Seems to be dependency problem since MSVCP71.DLL should be
placed into system folder (new installation does this for you). All
other is the absence or wrong user field and login procedure.
If my advises not help, please let me know.... we will try to find
reasons of problem.

I've tried to get the latest build working, but there seems to be some
serious bugs in it.

1. MSVCP71.DLL does not get installed. I can get the gui working by
manually copy it to the C:\Program Files\PushOk Software\SVN Proxy
directory and to the development program using the the SCC interface.

2. The program tries to execute code in a non-executable memory area which
causes Windows XP SP 2:s Data Execution Prevention system to create an
access violation. If I make an exception for SVNSCC proxy and the
development program it runs...

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/875352

3. The "Select SVNURL, module and local path" dialog does not seem to even
try to make an connection.

3.a. Using http protocol and providing a valid adress the program cannot
find any models. If I do a check nothing happens (both svnurl and module)

3.b. If I select an invalid SVNURL (nonexisting server and path) I get the
same behaviour as a.

3.c. If I try using the file protocol I get the same beaviour as a and b.

3.d. It's not even possible to use the dialog to create a local
repository.

3.e. In the background progress dialog it say's checking connection
forever...

I've tried it on two computer (XP SP2 and W2K pro sp 4). I've downloaded it
twice. Once for each computer to make sure it wasn't a download error. I
get the same behaviour on both computers. The repository is installed using
version 1.1.2 (r12471) of subversion. On the W2K I first tried without
subversion installed and then with Version 1.1.0 downloaded from you.

As IDE I've tried using both VB6 and Imcedas Speed SQL IDE Pro with the
same results.

When nothing worked I also tried Version 1.0.040820 (stable) of svnscc
which worked, but was rather buggy. The file protocol worked with checkin
in and out most of the time, but crashed rather often. The http-protocol
was even more unstable. I managed to get the latest version a few times,
but everything else that I tried crashed...

One thing that might have something to do with this behaviour is if i go
into the "configure plugin" program and select the about tab. The SVN
legality box shows: "Can not retrieve svn version"
