Server options disabled

These fields will be active when you add project to sourse control. Then
you can change on it your server options.

I opened the PushOK Proxy Properties application in order to configure it
but on the Server Options tab all fields are disabled so I am unable to
configure anything.
I already had registered with the name karl@tern.is. I am using the trial
version.
