Here's my situation: I'm primarily developing with CVS in MSVS.Net but also
maintain a program using MSVS6 & SS.

Whilst Dispatcher does allow me to vary the API at runtime it is
interactive (oh, and the selection UI is a little pokey for mice people) -
it'd be cute for me if I could spec a preference pairing of IDE & API (ie.
MSVS.Net + CVSProxy and MSVS6 + VSS) and have it set automagically.
