SCCSwitcher Activation

( SVNSCC , VS .NET, Latest, WIN 2000/XP  )
Type: Public Status:Closed Created: 15 Nov 04 11:00 Updated: 15 Nov 04 11:00

SCC switcher utility is for purpose of change active SCC provider. For
example when you want to work with VSS, CVS or subversion at the same
time (in different IDE instances).
To use them you should right click, and choose the active provider.
After that it will be used by IDE. If you left click, you will launch
SCC UI, which is absent for SVN SCC Proxy. It assumed that some
standalone GUI will be launched there. You can configure it later to
use RapidSVN for example.
So, all that you need is just to install plug-in. You can also insure
that it is active right clicking on sccswitcher utility but this is
not needed.
After that you should launch your IDE, and registration window will
appears.
As alternative you can launch the "Configure plug-in" utility and
choose "Update registration" on page "Rights".
However, once again, normally you just need to install plug-in and
launch IDE.
Let me know if something still unclear.
