I am sorry, but our plug-in does not supported "relocate" command.
You can launch it by subversion's command line.

We recently migrated our subversion repository. So it has a new URL but
identical structure.

I wanted to do the equivalent of an "svn switch --relocate" with the SVN
plugin under Visual Studio but I don't know how to do it.
