Reopen a Ticket?

This can be done via Web interface. You should open "My tickets" page:
http://www.pushok.com/tickets_my.php
Then choose the "All" selection in status combobox at the top of the
page. You will see all your tickets. Find what you want to reopen and
click on the "reopen" link.
