PushOkRWMon causes readonly problems, installed without permission

This issue has been fixed in version 3.0.0.1. Now, if you choose not
start PushokRWMon then it does not write entry into .../run. However
if you start it then manually it will do this.
Also, the latest version of RWMon fully configurable. You can:
1. Change default behavior: adjust or not RO flag.
2. Configure explicitly certain folders for monitoring or overwise
exclude them from monitoring. This can be done adding pushok:rwmon
svn property to folder. More explanation can be done on service
control panel. It will brings up when you two times start service
executables (first time silent launch, next time brings up control
panel).

Even though I chose not to install the \"RWMonitor\" as a service, it did
install in my \'Run\' registry key. I observed that, when using other SVN
clients, files became mysteriously set to read only. I understand that
this may be good behavior for files with the \"svn:needs-lock\" property,
but it appears to be:
1) Non-configurable behavior
2) Making other files checked out readonly

This is a serious usability problem, as the only workaround is to lock
every file before editing, or manually change the file properties to not
have the readonly attribute set.
