Thank you for your suggestion. I rate it with highest mark. So users who

I've seen many discussions about how to use the PushOk Proxies with SSH,
and I've seen some generally bad advice.

Namely, setting an environment variable for the SVN_SSH setting. Everyone
seems to want to make it work with some form of funky escaping - the most
common of which is:

SVN_SSH="C:\Program Files\\Putty\\plink.exe"

Rather then adding an environment variable, the best practice is to modify
the SVN config file or registry, located in either of the following
locations:
1. %ALLUSERPROFILE%\Application Data\Subversion\config the [tunnels]
section.
2. %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Subversion\config the [tunnels] section.
3. [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Tigris.org\Subversion\Config\tunnels]

The setting should use forward slashes rather than the munged backward
slashes, like so:

FOR PuTTY ONLY:
ssh = $SVN_SSH "C:/Program Files/PuTTY/plink.exe"
FOR ToroisSVN Users:
ssh = $SVN_SSH "C:/Program Files/TortoiseSVN/bin/TortoisePlink.exe"
