Please test new patched plug-in.
You can download it here
http://www.pushok.com/files/temp/PushokSVNSCC_1602r.zip

We have found reason of this issue and now we are searching way to fix it.
The patched version of plug-in will be released in some days.

As a temporary solution you may turn off the option "Show progress dialog
for operation longer than..." in the plugin settings.

I applied patched svncom.dll and got same failure on opening. New debug
files attached.

Please test patched svncom.dll and send me new debuglog.txt and
protocollog.txt files.

I applied the debug dll's and it failed when opening PowerBuilder and it
attempted to connect to SVN, causing PowerBuilder to crash. The
PowerBuilder status bar indicated it was attempting to Update the SCC
status of the workspace.
The files are attached as requested.

The fastest way to find problem is to use the debug dlls.
Download them here:
http://www.pushok.com/files/temp/SVN_SCC_DLLs.zip

Unzip to overwrite existing. You will find debuglog.txt and
protocollog.txt near the dlls.
Send it to me for analysis.
Thank you in advance.

When exiting the PowerBuilder application and the workspace was previously
connected to SVN through PushOK SVN SCC proxy, it crashes with the
following error:

Title: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Message: Program: c:\sybase\Powerbuilder 11.5\PB115.EXE
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I tried updating to 1.6.0 RC2 from the links on other tickets, but this
fails on the initial connect to SVN and then causes PowerBuilder to crash.
