Problems with License

After validation of my emailaddress by "My Payments" it works now perfect.

When I start VS.NET 2003 there come always this message. (Pleas show the
word document.) I can always enter the licence information, next time,
there is same dialogbox agane. I have reinstall cvsproxy, no change. Wath
can I do to remove this message. If I check the box there in the window for
not show it
agane, that not works also. It's not nice always to have enter this
informations.
