Problem on read-only file attribute after undo check out

Read only flag is a problem when on a big project (2 min. to start debug)
for debugging purpose a little modification on a file is denied from IDE.

IDE "likes" to have readonly file on non checked out files. For some
time we haven't consider that. But when we make the SVN SCC proxy, for
which absence of readonly flag is _required_ for normal functionality,
we found interesting thing. IDE _itself_ switch ON readonly flag on
file after checkin or undo checkout.
For SVN proxy we implements specific code that in background switch
off this flag back again.
I really not think that there are specific reasons to use VB without
option for "checkout readonly flag". However if you can argue this we
will think about including the same into CVS plug-in.

I have disable read-only flag for non check out files.

After get latest version the read-only flag attribute is correct.

If I check out a form and without any modification I lanch undo check out
or check in, the read-only file attribute is set to ON.

Any suggestion ?
