Problem checking-in changed projects

( CVSSCC )

No, this is not a bug. This a normal behavior. To checkin all files you
have you can use "Pending checkin" window of VS .NET. Using checkin there
IDE will check in all needed files in correct sequence. Otherwise you
should take care on correct checkin sequence.

When I change project by adding a new source file and use the normal
check-in function, then the project-file (.csproj) ISNīT checked in.
I have to check-in the new file without the project-file first and then
afterwards check-in the project-file. Then it IS checked-in.
This is a bug.
