This is not plugin bug, this is one of features of PB processing.
We regret to inform you that it partly supports SCCAPI and often
interprets some operations in it's own way.

When first developer work at new PBL and add new PBT to SVN repository ,
but don\'t add new object (all object will add to repository later when he
finish )there is a problem.

When second developer get empty PBG it\'s work ok.
But when 1 check in object, and second gets latest version will see this
message (att. 1)

The local PBG file looks like this:
Save Format v3.0(19990112)

When I remove this PBG and do again Get Latest Version ... it\'s WorkFine.
