Poor performance with the 1.7 SVN

I'm doing tests with a version higher than 1.6, the 1.7 SVN.
The driver is 1.7.13.0 SVNSCC I've downloaded for testing.
Our circuit work to get in context is as follows:
-export The project with Ant
-Create Workspace, add target, set driver.

The tests I've done well funiona apparently, takes about 10 times longer to
refresh sync with SVN 1.6 and svnscc_16170 driver.
In testing the workspace loses connection with subversion, no options
appear in sync with svn menu of right mouse button. When you open the
workspace again and you check the properties appear disconnected.
If successful stay connected with subversion I get null pointer in the
refreshment. In reviewing the log you can not see anything, any mistake,
not in the SVN log.

Do you need the new driver a new version of PB? What version of PB 1.7.13.0
SVNSCC tests were performed?

Another thing about the SVNSCC 1.7.2.0 driver. Does the driver can not be
installed on XP? I've installed on Windows7 but I get error on XP.
