plugin is not caching my username and password properly

( SVNSCC , SQL Server Management Studio 2005, 1.6.x, WIN VISTA, x64  )

Close all open projects and username field will be available. Change
username and then open you project(s).

I'm using SQL Server Management Studio. Here is a snapshot of the option

I see the option, but the ability to change my username is greyed out.

Plug-in set username and password from IDE. Configure this fields in IDE
setting. For example, in Visual Studio this settings is here

The plugin is not caching my username and password properly as I'm
requesting in the check box upon opening a solution in SSMS. It keeps
reverting back to my os username (which I never used to authenticate to
SVN).
