Object blocked by same user.

We have a problem to do check-in with this environment.
1- The user do checkout of the object
2- Edit object and save
3- Close IDE (PowerBuilder)
4- Open IDE, same project.

You could see the object with a check mark but the object is with a red
cross now (view image). The consequence is that you can't do check in with
the modifications. This is a big problem and we can't find a workaround.
This object is blocked in SVN with same user that open and modify the
object.
Could be that the plugin can't recognize that It's the same user?
