No advanced option for Get Latest

Not it is not disabled. Just VS .NET have several different "Get latest"
commands and only one of them shows confirmation dialog where advanced
option exist. By default this "Get latest" can be called only from menu
"File\Source Control
\Get"

Why there is no advanced option for Get Latest? Is it disabled in trial
version?
Im using 1.2.XX and VS 2003.net.

Is it possible not to <> all messages in your ticket pages. It's
definitely not comfortable experience to read too much italic text.
