Users already report similar problem and it is caused by incompatibility
between client and server version of CVS NT.
It is rough nothing that once again some version (build) of CVS NT can be
incompatible to each other. We discovered that version 2.5.03 (Scorpio) has
releases which build versions varies from 2000 to 3000 and more. So
certainly unclear which actual version it is considered to be 2.5.03
(Scorpio). Probably we once again ocasionaly choose "bad" build, even if we
test it to compatibility with server of same build.
Right now the solution is to replace CVS NT binaries inside plug-in or
configure it to use any other binaries known to work with your server.

I see that new plugin is public available and i try to install on my
machine.
It's install ok but when I try to use it with SSPI authentication is showed
to me a message that talk about SSPI it's not supported because have a file
missing.
