Modification dialog box too large for screen

I created a modification dialog that is too large to display on the screen.
But there is no way of scrolling down to see the buttons (Add, Print etc).
Page Down doesn't work, and there is no scroll-bar. I have modified the
sizes of the elements in the dialog, and now I can work, but it would be
good not to have this limitation.
