License over 12 months old and upgrade not allowed

We are using PushOk with PB 12.5 and Subversion. PuskOk stopped working in
late December. When we tried to re-establish the license connection, we
receive an error the selected license is more than 12 months and not
available for free upgrades. We purchased 16 perpetual licenses in 2008.
They have worked successfully with our PB upgrades throughout the year.
Why are we now receiving this error? What is being upgraded? We didn't
change our tool or download a new version of PushOk.
