I made a few more english language changes.

Many more need to be made. I'll see what I can do.

This is fixed in CVSSCC Proxy NT 2.0 (betta2). We are kindly ask to check
the issue. If it is still exist in new version reopen this ticket.

I have noticed that the english language translations are very poor.

So, I would like to help by offering some gramatical suggestions:

1. Do you offline from server? ---> Are you working offline?

2. Press 'NO' to force server status check. ---> Press 'NO' to force a
server status check.

3. When explicitly request commit message: -> When should commit messages
be explicitly requested:

These are only a few examples. I f you like I can email more corrections as
I find them or post them here or just not send any corrections.
