We have an application team that has a Web App and for some reason
everytime they make a change to their solution file it creates a vsscc
file. All other applications have a vssscc file which will work and not
casue any issues. But for some reason the vsscc file is automatically
created and since this file is added it casues errors such as not being
able to write to the solution file. When the file is remvoed it will work
fine but then everytime there is a change to the solution file it creates
the vsscc file again and so the team is forced to remvoe the file every
day. Is there a way to avoid this issue?
