Is it possible to use svn plug-in and vss on the same machine?

You have two way :
1. You can use "Switch SCC" (location "Start/All programs/PushOk
Software/Switch SCC").
Please launch it, make right click on its icon and select necessary SCC.
2. You can use "SCC Dispatcher".

I used to use vss as my source safe control. But now, one of my project
needs to use svn. However,once I install your plug-in and it seems I am
unable to use vss again. So I wonder if vss and your plug-in can be used on
the same machine, but for the different projects, I can pick with source
control I can choose.
