Some time the slow work can be caused by network configuration. I see
that you use CVS NT server. Which protocol? Can you check the state of
"Advanced\Dont resolve client names (debug)". It is switched of by
default, but for some systems switching it on will GREATLY increase
performance.

When I was running the plugin under a trial license, the plugin worked very
well.

I purchased the plugin, and ever since purchasing it, it makes the entire
IDE run slow. There is a noticable delay in checking files out, switching
between tabs in Homesite takes between 3-5 seconds.
