Git VCS plugin

I'm trying to use the plugin with PL/SQL Developer from All Around
Automation. I'm getting the following error when I try to configure the
plugin inside of PL/SQL Developer.

Error: error: error seting certificate verify locations
CAfile: /bin/curl-ca-bundle.crt
CApath: none
while accessing https://(server)/path

Do you have any suggestions for a solution?
Does this look to be an issue with a missing path? The crt file that is
referenced here is in the pushok directory, but I'm not sure if that is the
problem here.
