Get latest get lastest version only for "known" files, that are currently
exisy in project. To get new files it is needed to apply "Refresh status"
command first. It update the .pbg files, which contain information about
new files.

When new objects are added to the cvs repository using Powerbuilder, they
don\'t show up when other users perform a \"Get-Latest\" operation within
Powerbuilder.
