During normal work VS.NET can delete and again create files instead of
rewriting.
These manipulations causes false reactions of plug-in and creation of
"Remove" dialog.
You can press "Cansel" button in "Remove" dialog, if you do not want to
delete files in repository. Or you can switch off remove monitor at all.

When I'm on a branch, I try to Get Latest Version and the CVS proxy delete
some files on the client side. (ex. Assembly.info.vb in VB.net project)
The remove monitor tool is also attempt to delete the files in the
repository.
