Yes, this can be configured by option "Reserved checkout for all
files" in the "SVN options" of plug-in. By default only "Reserved
checkout for binary files" is switched on.

WE are trying to standardize on pushok and Subversion. We noticed that if
one developer checks out an object through PB it does not lock another
developer from checking out the same object. Alos both can check in the
object and it gets merged. Subversion allows for locking but it seems
psuhok does not create locks because PB uses text fiels (exported source
files). The documentation says this is by default. Can this be configured
in pushok to require locks when a check out is requested?

We need this functionality in order to use subversion.
