File is not under working copy root

I have set up the workspace on my local drive on
"C:\PEGASUS\branches\B_DEV_PEGASUS_2_0_0_0\Source" (see attachment 1 )all
the pbl's and their respective objects are in the seperate folders under
the source. Like every pbl is in different folder with thier respective
objects(see attachment 2) target is under the folder pegasus. i have
successfully checked in all the objects in svn see the folder structure in
attachment 3. Folder struture is same as it is in local. but I am getting
the below errors.

Please help me in setting up the workspace correctly i think the problem is
location where i have to keep my workspace.
