Error when using PushOk in VS.NET 2003

Did you convert your repository from VSS to CVS? If so just try delete with
any CVSGUI frontend MSSCCPRJ.SCC files from CVS repository. They are not
needed, plug-in not uses them. However wrong (old) information there can
cause mentioned problems.

We recently moved all our source code to CVS from Visual SourceSafe. We
currently use Visual Studio .NET 2003 for our IDE. I installed the PushOk
plug in to my computer. Everytime I open the solution, I get the error:

\"The solution appears to be under source control, but its binding
information cannot be found. It is possible that the MSSCCPRJ.SCC file or
another item that holds the source control settings for the solution, has
been deleted. Because it is not possible to recover this missing
information automatically, the projects whose bindings are missing will be
treated as not under source control.\"

I want to remove the source control bindings from all my projects. So I go
to to File | Source Control | Change Source Control, I click Unbind to all
my projects so all the projects are no longer in source control. But when I
close the solution and reopen the solution, I continue to get the above
error. Can you help? Thanks!
