If you "migrating" from Igllo to our plug-in this can be one of reasons why
this happens for you. There no such problems if you (for testing) create
new solution and projects and then add them into CVS. All will be fine. Sub
folders, the same as sub projects will be correctly bound to right path
into repository.
To solve the problem you have it is required to bind your solution/project
to CVS. For this you need open File->Source Control->Change Source control
command. Then unbind and bind again all projects. This is trivial. But
after this proxy will have correct information and will work fine.
JFYO Igllo does not provide/store any binding information which is stored
in solution/project file. This is reason why it shows dialogs always when
you add new folder and cannot work with web projects.

When creating a directory named "XYZ" under VS in a current project, it is
checked in as emptyDir in the CVS repository and not /CurrentProject/XYZ/
as I would like it to be.
Then a file created and checked in that same directory is not part of the
solution after a clean check out.
Under Jalindi, there was a window asking for parameters when creating a
folder (like which module it was for,...). I suppose the problem comes from
a configuration issue but I don't know where are such settings.
Thank you.

Please, can you provide more clear explanation. What you doing? Adding new
files to CVS, check out them, or?

By default, it seems that a new directory created under VS.Net use
EmptyDir. Jalindi was asking where to create the new directory. I cannot
find the property in CVS NT proxy which specifies this parameter.
