Edits of files in VS Studio not always picked up - file remains checked in even if modfied

It seems that read-only attribute was not set on files which were not
checked out correctly. IDE requires this attribute in order to check out
files automatically. Maybe this problem was caused by PushokRWMon, which
sometimes hangs on your system (as you have reported in another ticket). We
will try to reproduce this problem in our environment and will inform you
on results.

After having upgraded to RC2 and now to 1.4.5.3 I have found that several
times a day there are files that I edit that are not "picked up" by svnscc.

They are not automatically checked out as they should be. I have to
manually check them out to be able to check in the file after the change.

This happens on a daily basis once every 10 files or so. I can not see a
pattern. I work in the same way and it appears random what situation leads
to the file not being checked out.

The problem started with RC2 as far as I remember it was not present in RC1
or earlier releases.

I work on a stationary machine and a Thinkpad X40. Problem is the same on
both machines.

If you can not provide a solution I would appreciate if you could provide
access to RC1 so that I can downgrade.
