We've resolved our problem and it now works fine with Rational Rose;
however, is a user manual available for the SVN SCC product in gerneral?

Do you mean that DNS name of server and protocol rename the same and you
just physically change the hardware?

We relocated the SVN repository to another system this week with the same
name and now we can't get SVN SCC to work from Rational Rose whereas it
worked fine last week. I would appreciate suggestions of how to diagnose
this problem further.
