Only one additional comment, we make "background" deleting monitor for
our another product "SVN Proxy". I think we will backport this for
CVS. In brief it "dectect" when file deleted from disk, and if it was
controlled it ask to delete it from CVS also.

I wonder why delete file in studio just deletes the local file without
deleting the file (and commits the deletion) in the cvs.
