We are just going to use pushok. But we've found the problem, so your
developers could
include a little error handling.
The problem was:
If in the Source Control advanced settings server connection connection
starts with ":ext: ...."
To our server we need ":ssh:...."
So, you can try, if you have a csv server uses ssh and you set ext, I
think, then you can reproduce the crash.
I've changed :ext: to :ssh: an it works.
BUT ..... pushok should not crash Visual Studio in this case.

You have this problem only with plug-in version 1.5.0.4 or with another
versions too?
--> Marc Loewenthal (user)  at 12 Feb 10 02:00 writes

Environment: Windows 7, VS NET 2008
CSV Server: Linux csv server
Until now we've used TortoiseCSV from the windows explorer. Now we've
installed csvscc to be able to use csv from the VS NET 2008 IDE.

Installed CVSSCC 1.5.0.4 and tried to configure Source Control using the
description found on
http://www.codeproject.com/KB/macros/cvs_for_vs2008.aspx.

Problem: VS NET 2008 crash when trying to bind a project to the source
control.
